How can I book?
The best way is online, via the link in our bio, or you can call us.

Do I need a patch test?
Yes, we require you to have a patch test with us every 6 months. There is no need to book in for a patch test, just pop in.
If you have not had your patch test, we can not do your full treatment.

I've got a text to confirm my bank card.
Do I have to pay for my appointment now?
We do not take any payment from your bank card to book. We do require your card on file to confirm your appointment with us.
Once you have had your treatment, you can pay at the salon with your preferred card.
Our cancellation policy:
We require your card on file to confirm your appointment with us.
We charge 50% for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
We charge full for no shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
For large bookings or to secure seasonal offers of courses of treatments we will require a 50% deposit.
Vouchers:
Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the purchase date. To purchase a voucher, please just pop into the salon or email us.
Unfortunately we can not offer extensions on gift vouchers, however, expired gift vouchers can be used to purchase retail products instead.

To enhance client relaxation and the salon experience, we have an age restriction of 12 and above to enter the salon.
This policy not only applies to treatments, but also to the waiting area.
